I am nearing the end of my undergraduate career (it is LONG in coming - I have been in school forever) and am starting to think about graduate programs. Jason is also looking for a grad school and we were thinking we might move to Canada. We live in Wisconsin and are very tired of all the Scott Walker jazz, I don't think I could teach under these conditions...
I am interested in getting my MFA in creative writing. Ideally I would love to write poetry and memoir, teach college courses, and continue Opal Rose Wearables. Life is rarely ideal, but if we don't have our dreams, we have nothing to strive for. I have been looking into the University of Saskatchewan and am excited to say I sent an e-mail to the head of the graduate MFA program. I hope to hear from her soon!
