Working on the Finishing Touches for my Table...

I am working on the finishing touches for my table at Handmade for the Holidays TOMORROW! I can't believe it is tomorrow already! I feel like there is so much to do yet, but I have really done a lot in the past two weeks (and neglected some schoolwork to do so...).

In taking a short break I found the following song by The Brunettes (who I also recently discovered).

Hope you enjoy it!

Getting Ready for Handmade for the Holidays

I have been so busy getting everything ready for Handmade for the Holidays! I can't believe it is already this Saturday. If you are in the Fox Valley I suggest stopping by. The craft fair will run from 10-4PM and over 60 vendors will be there. Though it is a holiday craft fair, my table decor is inspired by Alice in Wonderland - I wanted to be a little different. :)

My sister Megan (of Simply Megan) as taken some beautiful photographs of some of my new product:

Halloween Costume

My boyfriend and I are going as Alice and the Mad Hatter for Halloween this year. Since Halloween is also my birthday, I always want to wear a costume I love. The following picture is the costume I made for myself. Except for the shirt, I made everything down to the petticoat.

It isn't the best picture since I took it myself in the mirror, but I will post better ones after Halloween.

New e-mail adress

I just wanted to let everyone know there is a new e-mail address for Opal Rose Wearables.

opalrosewearables@gmail.com

I also recently ordered new buisiness cards:

I am very excited about the new cards and Handmade for the Holidays which is fast approaching.

Busy Busy Busy

I have been super busy with school this semester, but I have made some new hair pieces. I will get some pictures up soon! Most of my new pieces would be great for little girls.

New Projects!

These are my newest projects. Much of the fabric is recycled, but most of it is new.
